Recently Key Colony Beach Palm Villa got a beautiful exterior upgrade, repainting the entire house. Although the roof is a hunter green, we went with a lighter green to accent the white railings and wrap around balcony. We went with a very reputable paint manufacturer, Sherwin Williams, and selected the color Melancholy Mint.
The house was painted from top to bottom within 7-10 days, depending on the afternoon rain showers. Special thanks to local general contractor, Reefside Construction & Renovation for completing the task. The front door also got a facelift, as the stain was feeling the affects of the salt air. The door was sanded and painted to reflect the natural wood color.
